There is a grease zert to lubricate the bearings. The frame is tubular aluminum, the braces make the frame very sturdy and there is a unique J hook anchoring system to hold the windmill in place in high winds. All aluminum with stainless steel bolts & nuts will not rust and never needs painting. The trim is Green with Yellow Pin Stripe vinyl on the tail and blade tips.
